These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Active Years UK website (www.activeyears.co.uk) and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Active Years UK is operated as a sole trader business registered with HMRC in the United Kingdom.
Our Products
Active Years UK sells food supplements. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

- Our products are suitable for adults aged 18 and over
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking prescription medication, please consult your GP before use
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
- Keep out of reach of children
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website:
- You will receive an email confirmation — this confirms we have received your order, not that it has been accepted
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will be honoured at the price shown at time of purchase
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards and PayPal. We do not store payment card details on our systems. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Delivery
- We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (Monday to Friday)
- Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 working days
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
- We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only
- You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address — we cannot be held liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect address
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@activeyears.co.uk or call 0800 1026 783.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 60-day money back guarantee on all Active Years UK products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 60 days of receiving it, contact us for a full refund. This goes above and beyond your legal rights and reflects our confidence in our product.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Active Years UK's liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and branding — is the property of Active Years UK. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
